The Dentaco CAD/CAM Scan Spray Stone 200 ml is a premium extraoral scanning spray developed for dental laboratories requiring highly accurate digital scans of models, dies, and small restorations. Its ultra-fine powder formulation creates a thin, uniform matte coating that minimizes reflections from shiny surfaces, allowing CAD/CAM and 3D scanners to capture precise digital impressions with exceptional detail.
Designed as a versatile 2-in-1 solution, Scan Spray Stone not only improves scanning accuracy but also functions as an anti-bubble spray when pouring gypsum into silicone impressions. A light application reduces the surface tension of silicone, helping to eliminate air bubbles without affecting the dimensional accuracy of the impression.
The advanced spray nozzle produces an extremely fine, homogeneous mist that dries almost instantly upon application, eliminating waiting time and enabling immediate scanning or model pouring. The economical formulation delivers approximately 11 minutes of continuous spray time, providing significantly more applications than many conventional scanning sprays.
Containing non-nano titanium dioxide, the spray creates an ultra-thin coating while remaining easy to remove after use. It leaves no significant residue and maintains the integrity and precision of dental models throughout the digital workflow.
